The company operates through two primary divisions: Terminals and Infrastructure, and Ships. The Terminals and Infrastructure segment manages the procurement and liquefaction of natural gas, along with its shipping, logistics, and the development or conversion of natural gas-fueled power generation facilities. Its Ships segment supplies floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers, which are leased to clients via long-term contracts or spot arrangements. NFE maintains a network of operational assets globally, including an LNG storage and regasification facility in Montego Bay, Jamaica; a marine LNG storage and regasification terminal in Old Harbour, Jamaica; a micro-fuel handling plant in San Juan, Puerto Rico; a marine LNG storage and regasification site in Sergipe, Brazil; an LNG receiving terminal in La Paz, Mexico; and a facility in Miami.
