The Invesco Short Term Treasury ETF, identified by the ticker TBLL, is designed to track the performance of the ICE U.S. Treasury Short Bond Index. The fund allocates at least 80% of its total assets to the securities that comprise this benchmark index. The underlying index itself measures the returns of U.S. Treasury obligations with a maximum remaining maturity period of 12 months. It's crucial to understand that this ETF operates differently from a money market fund; thus, it does not attempt to maintain a stable net asset value (NAV). Instead of holding every security within its index, the fund utilizes a "sampling" methodology to fulfill its investment goals. Both the fund and the index are subject to monthly rebalancing and reconstitution processes. Effective at the close of markets on August 25, 2023, the fund underwent a name and ticker change, transitioning from Invesco Treasury Collateral ETF (CLTL) to its current designation, TBLL. This change was administrative only, with no other modifications made to the fund's structure or operation. For comprehensive information, please refer to the prospectus.
