The Wisdom Short Duration Income ETF (WISD) primarily seeks investment opportunities within global fixed-income markets, concentrating on securities with a brief maturity period of one year or less. Its diversified holdings encompass both domestic U.S. and international bonds, various debt instruments, commercial paper, mortgage-backed securities, and floating-rate notes. The fund allocates up to 30% of its capital to asset-backed securities, including investment-grade collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). Exposure to higher-risk, sub-investment-grade bonds (junk bonds) is strictly limited to 15% of its net assets. WISD maintains flexibility to invest up to half of its portfolio in foreign-denominated securities, with a maximum of 10% directed towards emerging market debt. To manage potential fluctuations, the fund caps its net foreign currency exposure at 10%, employing financial derivatives such as treasury and bond futures, swaps, and credit default swaps to mitigate both interest rate and currency risks. Given its active management strategy and frequent trading, the ETF may exhibit a higher portfolio turnover rate. It's worth noting that prior to November 11, 2025, this fund operated as a mutual fund before transitioning into its current actively managed ETF structure, launching with an initial asset base of $368.81 million.
