Customers can access a suite of deposit products, including passbook savings, certificate accounts, checking accounts, and individual retirement accounts. KFFB's comprehensive loan offerings include residential mortgages for single to four-family homes, construction financing, and loans secured by multi-family properties. A substantial portion of its portfolio consists of non-residential loans, which are backed by commercial office buildings, churches, and other purpose-built properties. Furthermore, it provides commercial loans not tied to real estate, alongside an array of consumer credit options. These range from home equity lines of credit (HELOCs) and loans secured by savings deposits to automobile loans and unsecured personal financing. Beyond direct lending, KFFB also invests in mortgage-backed securities. The company operates through a network of seven branch locations.
